I hope this doesn't sound like gossip. I just wanted to share a bit of info on Ali that I heard from a good source. I have a friend here in Alabama (he has PD) who is best buddies with Ali. They organize alot of fundraisers, and many times when Ali is a guest somewhere, my friend does the talking while Ali does the hugging. (Because his speech is so slurred, Ali doesn't like to do questions-and-answers). Anyway, my friend says that Ali doesn't take much medication at all. Because of his muslim faith, he stays away from chemicals. When his aides give him his pills, he stashes them in his pocket and dumps them when no one's looking. I have no reason to doubt my friend's truthfulness. He says he's seen this happen countless times, so I believe him. Interesting..... Maggie in Alabama
