I ordered an electronic pill box thing from Bruce Medical (800-225-8446) a few months ago and it has made a really positive difference -- as others commented, if I forgot to take my Sinemet, especially at work, by the time I remembered, I'd be facing an "off" period that made it really hard to function. Even though the beeping can be a little embarrassing, it's much better than the alternative -- becoming progressively slower, more awkward and uncomfortable until, finally, the pill kicks in.
