I, too, had shoulder problems & had cortisone shots twice.  When the
shoulder became painful again, the rheumatologist sent me to a neuologist
who diagnosed pd.  Since I started on selegiline in '92, I haven't had
any more problems with the shoulder (touch wood).

Ivan, I think my family's record of diabetes will really screw up your
numbers....maternal aunt, paternal uncle, one sister who is
insulin-dependent, 3 brothers who are/were pre-diabetic (one died) and 2
nephews (both died).
