Once again, I find myself thinking that PD must be the most idiosyncratic disease there is. Margaret found that although it was pain-free, acupuncture was of only limited help. It did little to help movement but gave some remission from dystonia/dyskinesia for perhaps 24 hours at most. Even daily treatments afforded only slight benefit and after some weeks of therapy we discontinued it.
