I suppose, to get 'screened for Parkinsons', you would see a
Neorologist, and be 'tested'.  Then, depending on if the
diagnosis was positive or negative, you would then ask for a
second opinion.  Then, when the second opinion is the opposite of
the first opinion, I do not know what you would do next.
Perhaps, we could just get on with our life?
