Mr. Montesano has told me that at the present time Congressman Lobiondo chooses not to co-sponsor this bill. It's our job to change his mind and we can do that if large enough numbers of us contact his office and ask him to co-sponsor the Udall bill. It is CRUTICIAL that he also hears from residents in his district.
