Martin,

As you know, this is a real problem. I started
taking Pycnogenol (available in health food /
vitamin stores) and think it has really helped
with energy.

I take 60 mg in the morning. Dosage
is up to 1 mg per pound of body weight. For
example: if you weigh 160 lbs they recommend up
to 160 mg per day. Therfore, I'm taking about
half the recommended dosage and do OK.
