To the list. Most respondents to the yawning thread seem to indicate that tremor increase when they yawn. It is my observation that all PD symptoms become worse whenever the body is 'occupied' with an autmatic function. For example my bradykinsia and rigidity become more pronounced if for some reason I have been unable to urinate. Its as if all of the brains capacity to control movement has been taken up with controling the bladder. Increased tremor during a yawn would seem to fit the same bill.
