Ron, when my dad was diagnosed a few years ago, one of his complaints was that he felt like he was falling forward all the time and he had all kinds of wedges and special shoes built to alleviate the condition. I believe that Sinamet solved this problem, as long as he was on his feet. I hope this is not part of your problem, but in case it is, maybe this will help.
