Ken, by all means, send a foot of string for all affected with Parkinson's whether they be PWP'S, Caregivers or someone else affected such as family members or friends. This was our original intent and the string received to date is from all categories. This symbol (ball of string) is for all of us in our goal to raise awareness of the need for a cure.
