Can anyone provide information on the drug, Artane. (<italic>Trihexyphenedryl) </italic>My wife's doctor has suggested she may find it beneficial. Although diagnosed with PD in 1995, she has resisted taking medication, in the belief that the longer she can stay away from it, the better. She does take a low dosage of Depreynl, which is of questionble efficacy, but since no side effects have manifested themselves, and since it just might be helpful, why not? Other than PD--which is enough--she is healthy as a horse. Thanks folks.
