We have received quite a few orders for our Parkinson pin, but also too many requests for free pins! A clarification is in order. Our original intent was to make these pins available to Parkinson's Support Groups charging only our costs, but many individuals also wanted the pins, so we have made them available in a minumum quantity of 5. Any Parkinson Support group can obtain any reasonable number but with a minimum of 100 pins at $1 each ($100). The support group can then use the pins to raise money for their organization (research I hope) or give them away to promote awareness. So far three support groups have purchased pins. An individual or several individuals can order any number, BUT with a minimum order of 5, to any one address. The suggested donation for individual orders is $5 or more for EACH pin. We can accept several individual checks from one address. As an example; three people from one town can order a total of 5 pins with three personal checks totaling $25, but we will mail all 5 pins to one address. The recipient can then distribute the pins to the purchasers. Also, please include an e-mail address with your orders, so that we can contact you, if necessary.
