David, I'd like to add my condolences to those you've already received. I appreciated your telling us about Aviva's pallidotomy and also the manner of her death. The first gave us hope and the second knowledge. I was happy for both of you that she benefited so much from the surgery, and can't help but feel very sad at the injustice of it all. Pat Schark
