Called the nearest VA hospital and they are sending information for Gene to fill out in regards to eligibility. Once that hurtle is crossed, then the next step would be to see one of their doctors. We live in Eugene, OR. The nearest VA hospital is in Roseburg, about 60 miles away. However, was told today there is a doctor, at a clinic in our immediate area, who works for the VA. How convenient!
