Hello Joseph, I found your posting most interesting. A few years ago, my brother arranged 5-half/days sessions at the Ayurveda clinic in Fairfield, Iowa. In this case, I underwent massages, aromatic therapy, colon cleansing, and some herbs. My experience was quite good but I'm afraid was marred by the fact that I was already on medication--sinemet, permax (then), & elavil. My body required several days of almost complete rest when I got back to KC. I was warned off by my doctor here from taking unidentified herbs as nothing was known of their possible interaction with the other drugs. I have used the nectar in the past few years (which I need to restock on) and I have the sense that it helps as an anti-oxident. For the past year, I have arranged for massage therapy (no ayurveda masseuses here) in my home now once a week. I am wondering if you can share a little more on your diet, herbs, nutrients, and other therapies, particularly those you can maintain back in Vancouver.
