Emily; My wife was dx in Feb. 1991 having a "mild case of PD". The neuro put her on sinemet 25/100 3/da. In may he added Eldepril to her meds and soon ( a week or two ) she started feeling nauseous and losing her appetite. She stopped taking the Eldepril and she started feeling better. Good Luck, Don
