I recall reading somewhere that for PWP the ability to estimate time,
that is, one's internal clock, is off.  I wonder whether this has
anything to do with finding oneself pematurely against the car in
front.  I don't recall whether our estimates are high or low - does
anyone have any info on this?  But iF it turns out that we estimate
that it will take longer to reach a point than the actual time
needed, then we will find ourselves there too early.

Just speculating ...
