Any time you want an address for someone who is on CASLL, you can
send a command (one-line email message) to [log in to unmask] (the
address for subscribing or changing your options) which says just
this:
REVIEW CASLL
Within a couple of minutes the LISTSERV program will send you back a
complete list of everybody who's subscribed. Errors on that list are
almost always current, because if they change or expire I start
getting error messages, and so I update or change them fairly quickly.
Sandy's current address on the list is:

(By the way, Leslie, is that postal address Sandy's? I've got a CD
of my son's band to send him -- kind of an exchange of hostages -- and
I suspect he's been too busy to read his email recently . . . )
