I may have posted this, but don't remember. Put the pill into your mouth, look down into the bottom of your glass of water and swallow. Continue to look down during the entire swallowing process. I tried it and it does make a surprising difference. For pills that are taken at meals, I chew up a bite of food, slip in a pill and it goes down smoothly.
