Phil,

I use an exercise tape called "Perfect Balance", it has a Tai Che opening with a
variety of movements (karate, ballet, etc.), and a Yoga cool down.  I have found
this very good for me.  I get a good stretching with plenty of other movements.

I have not noticed exactly what aggravates my tremor, except stress of course.
I will try to watch myself for triggers.
