I can't take sinemet, permax or parlodel because the way my body reacts to
them.
If I take these drugs before meals, that is when it is the worst. I all of a
sudden feel my blood pressure falling off to almost nothing. Then I become
terribly nausiated, and most of the time, throw up the pills and  whatever
else I have in my stomach.  Yes, I have tried to take them after meals;
doesn't seem to help much. I have also tried to build up slowly, but my
system rejects any amount.  And this is when I have been on one or the other.
I can't imagine being on a combination.
