Marumcia-I'm sure you'll get a lot of responses.  One theory is that Protein
(eaten at meal time) interfers with the uptake of dopamine in the brain and
the medication is less effective when taken at meal time.  Some PDs try to
take their sinemet between meals, or especially on awakening with some
orangjc (milk is protein).  Know for sure your concern, holding his hand,
feeling your warmth, the massaging are wonderful therapies for a Parkie. :-)
