Mark, My mother, Joyce, 67, recently diagnosed, is on Sinemet and still working her way up to the full Permax dosage (it's been about 2 months now). Her major problem with Permax was lack of sleep, but she worked through that by changing the dosage (she had been taking to much too fast). Is there a possibility that the Permax intake isn't gradual enough? Wish I knew more about the drug. Good luck. Debbie White [log in to unmask]
