Bruce, One week after a change in medical treatment is too short to conclude anything about the change. I have been on Sinemet and Parlodel for about 8 years, with gradually growing quantities : my understanding is you need 3 to 5 weeks before the change is "digested" by your body. Besides, brutal changes in symptoms just cannot be the result of PD's evolution, because PD evolves very slowly. What probably happens to you is your mind unconsciously auto-accelerates the effect of your symptoms. The solution could be found with some (or some more) anti-depressants.
