I have been taking Parlodel (7.5 mg. three times a day) with sinemet cr four times a day for over a year now. I was having wearing off in the latter part of the afternoon. I am just now experiencing the wearing off again. I see my neurologist on Friday. I believe my meds have to be adjusted. I also take sinemet 25/l00 when needed, usually l/2 tablet with my sinemet cr.
