My Dad has trouble getting his feet going when he decides to walk..is this to
be expected? It seems to be getting worse, my Mom said he fell the other day
which is a first...I think his body was moving but his feet wouldn't. He
walks at least a mile every day.

Also, he does not see a PD specialist, only a neuro. He seems to be
satisfied with him and both parents like him "he's very nice" (obviously no
measure of his competence). Mom says the nearest PD specialist is many miles
away(they live in Northern Jersey, Bergen County). Does seeing a PD
specialist make a big difference?

Thanks,
