This is interesting ! I have my annual evaluation next Tues. They are using a new format this year, it will be a 3 on 1 situation. Prior years was only 1 on 1 and my evaluations were always good and lasted 5 to 10 minutes. This year the time is scheduled on 1/2 hour. Only a few close associates know I have pd, no one in management. At least not that I know of. I know my facial expression has changed during the last year or so. I don't know if I should bring this up during my review or not. I guess I will if it comes up.
