There is a condition called "Anomia", of which I have suffered for
several years, even prior to my diagnosis of PD.
I could quote the complete definition, in fact I sounded like a
bloody dictionary talking, but I couldn't come up with the word.

Since I am a reference librarian, and it was very embarrassing
to me.
I finally just decided to sound like a dictionary talking, and
let the patrons , to whom I was talking, supply the correct word.
Most of them think I'm just playing a game with them, and I'm not
about to tell them the truth.
Once I get the right word, then I seem to be able to hold on to it,
but I just find new ones to forget.

If I'm fully medicated, I don't seem to have that problem.
Come on Sinemet patch!!!!!!
