Sue, I was just thinking: LIFE is like a computer program! It goes great, UNLESS YOU HAVE PROBLEMS!!!!!! How's that for simplifying things? BTW I would bet money that Mr Bill (Gates) would send an "underling" to help with a problem installing software, even if you were his close relative! He has personal problems too, like "where can I KEEP all this MONEY, it's such a BURDEN!" I could help him with that! :-) Ken B.
