Muhammad Ali has just written EVERY member of the House and Senate regarding HIS personal commitment for the Udall Bill. Two letters were prepared with him personally, one thanking those who have already sponsored the Udall Bill and another for those who have not signed on. In the latter letter, Ali asks them to please make a commitment to cure PD by becoming a sponsor of this critical legislation in our search for the cure. The letters were written on his personal stationery which has embossed around his name a butterfly and bee symbolizing the famous Ali expression, "Float like a Butterfly and Sting Like a Bee". Ali references his recent testimony before a Congressional Committee in support of the Udall Bill on behalf of the National Parkinson Foundation , of which he indicates he serves as National Spokesperson and a member of the NPF Board of Governors. ALL of you should reference these letters on behalf of Muhammad when contacting Senators and Congressmen. They are a very powerful tool in your advocacy. I personally, along with NPF's newly hired Grass Roots Coordinator, Bill Turenne, will be contacting EVERY congressional office on behalf of Ali. We're getting close! Now is the time to turn up the pressure!
