Lori, I have seen this advice many times: Use a movement disorder specialist, not just a neurologist! Also, the nursing home likes to dispense medication at their convenience, but your grandmother had it perscribed by her doctor to be taken at certain intervals, you should have your doctor enforce his orders. This will solve the problem without making you muddy relations with the home. My fathers symtoms varied greatly when he was in a nursing home, my mother decided to take him out sooner than reccomended, and he did MUCH better at home, under her watchful eyes. Ken B
