Dear All My Mum has PD. I am new to the list. I live in England. My Mum lives with my Dad in a flat just a short walk from my home. She has just been told by her neurologist to increase the Sinnemet to 5 times a day. Each tablet gives her about 2 - 3 hours of mobility. Sometimes, like this afternoon the Sinnemet just does not work and she becomes very very twitchy. Her legs get jumpy. She is very depressed, keeps on crying all the time. What is happening to her. Can anyone give me any advice. I am really worried. She is due to start taking Prozac in the next few days. Please Please can someone help. Diane
