Lori Is your grandmother actually having urinalysis to diagnose each infection? Some PWP have bladder spasms which create the urge and similar discomfort of a bladder infection but it is a treatable condition with an anti-spasmodic medication.........been there, done that mistaken dx for a couple of years. Some women simply don't empty all of the urine from their bladder and therefore residual urine can create a problem with bacteria and infection. Could be symptomatic of pwp, but certainly as the physician about the plumbing parts of PD. Rita
