I agree with you.  And have a question for you.  What are the details of the
French operation being done with such success?  I need the information for
my cousin in Norway.  He is in his 10th year of PD.  It is a puzzle to me
that he does not have the most up-to-date information available on
procedures for PD, being done in countries around the world.

I would also like to know what happened to questions 1 - 6?
