I spoke with my neuro today. He too knows little about the supplements, except that many people are taking them. He recommended that I see a homeopathic doctor or herbalist to learn more before taking too many. I am doing just that as we are lucky in our small area to have a homeopathic MD as well as an acupuncurist who specializes in herabal meds as well. I will be seeing them later this week and will write again about this subject.
