Marling, PS to my last post. Remember- "natural" is not necessarily better for you. Tobacco, opium and cyanide occur in nature. I presume that SJW did not evolve to be an antidepressant for humans. If it is effective it has a pharmacologic method of action and an equal or greater risk as a substance manufactured in a lab. Lithium is a powerful drug that has significant benefits as well as significant side effects. It is found in nature as a mineral. The cost is another matter that I don't have an answer for.
