To all interested in Depression.    Medication is not the only way to
treat depression. One of the most effective ways is exercise (or as
Marjory states-motion). I would urge all persons afflicted with
depression to get into an organized exercise program. If non is
available do it in front of a TV exercise program, or buy a good low
impact tape.
I understand that one of the national organizations has a booklet
available that has good exercises for PWP. Maybe someone could put the
name of the organization on the list.        Jerry Starr, RPh
