My information (from Neuro) is that only 60% of slow release levadopa makes
it to the brain.  Also takes longer to get there 1-2hrs. depending on
individual. So going by your meds. regime I don't think your getting enough
levedopa. Especially since you are not experiencing any dyskinesia.  I don't
take any agonists drugs and my meds go like this. 100mg kick start am.then(
200CR & 100mg ordinary levedopa) repeated four hourly. I do titrate the
100mg. ordinary levedopa according to level of activity. eg. on a lazy
afternoon I can tell by meds time by how I feel wether I can do without the
100mg. ordinary levedopa.  But I keep the slow release to every four hours
and this provides the steady flow.  Of course every-one case is different
and I made a choice not to take agonists at this stage but rather opt for
the higher levedopa path. I know all the arguments for and against this
