Dear All My Mum's Sinnemet tablets do not work from time to time. Can anyone tell me how much food you should eat with the tablet. She takes 5 per day and two of those are not with meals(she only has 3 meals per day) Also someone mentioned taking it with Cranberry or Grapefruit. She only drinks water with the tablet.
