Someone (I deleted the message too soon) had information that Rep. Dick Gephardt of MO was not cosponsoring H.R.1260 because as minority leader, he couldn't. Well, he is cosponsoring other bills. Some examples: H.R. 58 - to improve Medicare treatment and education for bene- ficiaries with diabetes by providing coverage of diabetes out- patient self-management training services and uniform coverage of blood-testing strips for individuals with diabetes.
