When I need to be "on" for public meetings and presentations I take -- for cosmetic purposes -- a levsin tablet under the tongue. The generic substitute for Levsin is Hyoscyamine Subl Tabs. It works for me from time to time and does not interfere with y regular dosage of Sinemet.
