Don - Welcome to the list. I was wondering how old your "significant other" is since I was also diagnosed about three years ago and seem to be having longer offs and shorter ons. I am 43 and was told this is pretty typical in young-onset parkinsons - thought I could do a little checking to see if this is a fact. Hope you enjoy the list. Debby
