Billy We take the 50/200 CR every 4 hrs during the day for 4 doses. We take 1/2 of yellow plain senemet in between times so there is a med every 2 hrs. Mel's meds are 6AM -10AM-2PM-9PM. He has a stomach of iron so can take the meds on an empty stomach but he usually has orangejc or something with them (non-protein) I also have wondered why so many take the sinemet which is not time released. Maybe they don't want an overlap which sometimes one gets with the CR.
