Like, I am just trying to help.  This sometimes helps, in fact
many people, doctors included, swear by it.  Try believing that
you are not ill, this is something like negative thinking, we are
all told to be positive, so, we should also be positive when it
comes to our symptoms.  Have you tried eating bananas for your
cramps?  Remember, the mind is powerful, there is little it can't
do.
