My parkie has been on permex for quite some time, I don;t remember the dose progression but it was in increments like 1/2 pill added each time. He is now on Permex .25mg--1 1/2 at 7am, 1 at 11am , 1 1/2 at 3pm, and 1 at 7pm. He does hallucinate some and has since beginning permex. Tomorrow his ND is starting him on the new drug and not changing any of his present drugs which supprised me as Permex and the new drug are both agonist. Hope this helps you.
