I called Microsoft Customer Service and discovered that MS has available
an "Access Pack" for users with disabilities. It can be downloaded from
their Web site [http://www.microsoft.com] or dial into their download
phone line (modem) which is (206)936-MSDL and download file "ACCP.EXE".
