Joe - Dick started Mirapex Tuesday, and hasn't noticed any wooziness. It's possible in your case the Mirapex, even at this low level, is making too much dopamine available. You probably won't know that until or unless you continue to have the wooziness. We've discussed having Dick reduce his Sinemet if he feels overmedicated with both Mirapex and Sinemet. Haven't reached that point yet, and haven't really decided whether to try to reduce Sinemet or stay at a low level of Mirapex. Keep us posted on whether the wooziness continues.
