Yes-the package insert (which you can ask your pharmacist for) states that the research (it was a small gp however) substantiated the two can be taken together(elderpryl and mirapex). My parkie has been on mirapex (lowest dose) for one week with no side effects yet. He has stayed on all his previous meds including Permex. Mary CG for MEl 76/11
