Hi Don,
Being thankful is the best coping behavior I have discovered. Every
few days, especially when things are a bit shaky, I write in my journal
5 things I am grateful to God for.
So do it! We all are encouraged by you. Thank you for being an
inspiration and a role model for so many of us.. I Y Q
