Marvin - If you're no longer having mostly good "on" time from the meds, you'd probably be a candidate for pallidotomy or pallidal stimulation. Have you considered this option or looked into it? If Dick had been able to have his surgeries a year earlier, we feel that he could have postponed going on disability.
